Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

Standard Warranty: 1 year from delivery date (based on logistics tracking).

Extended Warranty: Up to 3 years extension available for purchase (activation required within standard warranty period).

2. Coverage & Service

✅ Free Replacement Parts Delivery (at our discretion):

Functional failures caused by material or manufacturing defects;

Malfunctions of core components (e.g., motors, circuit boards) not due to human factors.
Note: Replacements may be new or certified refurbished, performing equivalently to new.

3. Exclusions

❌ Fee-based replacement required for:

Damage from misuse, overload, or improper installation;

External factors (e.g., natural disasters, power surges);

Unauthorized modifications or non-OEM parts usage;

Replacement of wearable parts (e.g., belts, bearings).

4. Claim Process

Submit Request: Log in to your account or email inquiry@weissenbergwelder.com with:

1. Order number & proof of purchase;

2. Clear video evidence (showing device failure/abnormal operation);

3. Device serial number (on body label) and close-up photos of damaged parts.

Review: We will notify approval status within 3 business days:

1. Approved: Free replacement shipped with tracking number;

2. Rejected: Detailed reasons and paid repair quote provided.

Old Unit Handling:

1. Destroy the original faulty device upon receiving replacement (photo proof may be requested);

2. If retention is needed (e.g., data security), written notice is required and original device must be decommissioned.

5. International Orders

1. Customs duties for replacements are customer’s responsibility;

2. If part import is restricted, store credit or refund may be substituted.

6. Technical Support

1. Free installation guidance (remote video/manual);

2. If issues persist, request online technical diagnosis (response within 72 hours).

7. Disclaimer

Warranty excludes indirect losses (e.g., production downtime);

Warranty for replacements restarts from delivery date;

Products from unauthorized channels are not covered.
