The Weissenberg External Debeader 800mm is a precision-engineered tool designed to efficiently remove external weld beads formed during the butt fusion process for HDPE pipes ranging from 450mm to 800mm in diameter.  

This tool effortlessly strips away the bead from the pipe’s surface, whether the material is still warm or has cooled, ensuring a smooth and flush finish. This allows for seamless slip-lining into larger-diameter pipes and facilitates a thorough inspection of the weld, helping to identify any potential imperfections.
