The RYG900 Geomembrane Welding Machine is a robust and high-powered tool designed for heavy-duty applications in welding thick thermoplastic materials. Suitable for HDPE, LDPE, PVC, EVA, and other geomembranes, it is widely used in demanding projects such as landfills, mining, reservoir linings, and large-scale construction works. With its enhanced power and precision, the RYG900 delivers outstanding performance in various industrial and environmental applications.

This machine supports welding material thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 3mm for single-layer membranes and achieves weld strengths of 85% or more of the material's original strength. Its adjustable temperature range (50–450℃) and welding speed (1.0–5m/min) ensure compatibility with diverse materials and project requirements. The seam width of 15mm*2, with an interior cavity of 15mm, provides a strong, reliable joint, while the 12cm overlap width guarantees secure coverage.
