The Booster EX2 Extrusion Welder is a high-performance welding tool designed for extruding and welding thick thermoplastic materials, making it ideal for applications in the construction, mining, and environmental industries. It is particularly effective for welding HDPE, LDPE, PP, LLDPE, and other geomembranes with thicknesses ranging from 10 to 15mm.
Powered by a 3000W motor, the Booster EX2 offers high material output, with up to 1.5 kg/h for 3mm rods and 2.2 kg/h for 4mm rods, ensuring fast and efficient welding. The air-heated screw heating system provides uniform heat distribution for consistent weld quality.
