The Booster EX3 Extrusion Welder is a high-capacity, professional-grade tool designed for welding thick thermoplastic materials. It is perfect for applications in industries such as construction, mining, and environmental protection, especially for welding HDPE, LDPE, PP, LLDPE, and other geomembranes with thicknesses ranging from 15mm to 25mm.
With a powerful 3000W motor, the Booster EX3 offers excellent material output, reaching up to 2.5 kg/h for 3mm rods and 3.6 kg/h for 4mm rods, allowing for fast and efficient welding even for large-scale projects. The air-heated screw system ensures even heat distribution, providing consistent, strong welds.
Though the Booster EX3 isequipped with open-loop air temperature control, ensuring reliable operation for a variety of welding tasks.
